You have to first divide then multiple then 38% with the 0.38 then you’ll get your answer

0.38p

To get the percent of something, you turn the percent to a decimal and multiply it to the number.

Here, we want the expression to get 38% of p. So we turn 38% to 0.38 and multiply it to p. Since we don't know what p is, we have to leave it as 0.38p

The answer is 0.38p

Hope this helps!
