It is C: Howard, Beth . "how to save your own life"...
I think it's this answer because you always have to put the name of the person in the article , tittle and the date that article was published and the pages you printed.

The correct answer is C. Howard, Beth. "How to Save Your Own Life." Better Homes and Gardens Feb. 2015: 120-122. Print.

Step-by-step explanation:

According to the MLA manual style, which is the most common manual style followed in academic writing, each source used withing a paper need to be cited, this implies including complete information about the source at the end of the document which varies depending on the type of source (book, article, online, etc.).

In the case of a printed magazine article, the information that should be included are the last name and name of the author, the title of the article in quotation marks, the name of the magazine or newspaper, the date it was published, the date, the pages and finally the word "print". Thus, the correct option is C. as this is the only one that contains all the elements in the correct order, for example, it begins with the name of the author "Howard, Beth" then the tile of the article "How to Save Your Own Life", etc.
