I believe the answer is: c.false, nothing allows an intermediary relationship to be maintained by oral agreement.

Intermediary relationship refers to the inclusion of a third party that facilitate the agreement between the first two parties that are involved. In order for such relationship to be formed, both initial parties had to sign a legally binding document that express their acceptance of the role from the third parties.
