To monitor the pH of the body some simple testing strips can be used . Testing saliva is the easiest way to gauge the body’s pH. For testing saliva, after eating, first we have to wait for 2 hours then spit into a spoon. And by dipping the strip, pH can be monitored as after reading immediately. If A reading comes around 7.2. This shows a very slightly alkaline body.

Answer:

See explanation.

Step-by-step explanation:

Hello,

In this case, since saliva is produced in the salivary glands via clusters of cells called acini, saliva is a fluid that contains water, electrolytes, mucus and enzymes which help to hydrolize starch, lubricate and others. In such a way, as those glands produce saliva containing especially water, which come from the inner content of acini cells, such content will reveal the status of all the body's pH, therefore, it is possible to know the body's pH by testing our saliva's pH.

Best regards.
