Alright, lets get started.

Please refer the diagram I have attached.

The angle between Melville Road and Emerson Avenue is 119°.

Hawthorne Lane bisects the angle formed by Melville Road and Emerson Avenue.

So, angle between Hawthorne Lane and Emerson Avenue will be =
(1)/(2) * 119 = 59.5°

Now, angle between Emerson Avenue and Thoreau Street is 135°.

Dickinson Drive bisects the angle formed by Emerson Avenue and Thoreau Street.

So, angle between Dickinson Drive and Emerson Avenue will be =
(1)/(2) * 135 = 67.5°

So, the complete angle between Hawthorne Lane and Dickinson Drive will be =
59.5 + 67.5 = 127°

So, the answer is 127 °. : Answer

Hope it will help :)
