As we know that

$Circumference=2\pi r$

Substitute the values we get

$150=2 \pi r\\ \\ r=(75)/(\pi) \\ \\ r=(75)/(22/7)\\ \\ r=(75*7)/(22)=  23.863feet$

Hence radius=23.863 feet.
