Okay so the rate he is breathing is 1 breath/14 seconds.

Now you need to know how many breaths he takes in 60 seconds(1 min)

1/14 = x/60

Now, cross multiply;

60 = 14x

x = 60/14

x = 4.285

So He takes 4.285 or 4.29 or 4.3 breaths per minute depending on what place value you're rounding to.
