You are given two velocities. The equation you have chosen has only 1 velocity. On top of that, B and D are the same equation. If you divide B by t you get D. So both are wrong.

you want d in some form, so the equation is either a or c. We don't know what the acceleration is -- only that it is constant. You should pick a which assumes a constant acceleration.
