1) slope = (y2 - y1)/(x2-x1) = (4-(-1))/(3 -2)= 5/1 = 5

2) Slope-intercept from is

y = mx +b, where m is a slope and b is y-intercept.

m=5

3) y=5x + b

Take point (3,4), where y=4, x=3.

4=5*3 + b

4=15 + b

b= - 11

4) y=5x + b, and b = - 11, so

y=5x - 11.

y=5x - 11 is an equation in slope-intercept form.
