Answer and explanation;

-There were many reasons for the domination of the New World by the Old World. The Old World had greater technological advancements while the New World was just getting started in regards to technology. Some of the technology that was essential to the Old World’s domination were muskets, and other violent shotguns that could perform mass killings. It only was a matter of time before the Native Americans gave up to the conquistadores because of the guns that could easily ruin their whole civilization. Also, the Old World’s geographical strengths helped them take over the New World.

-On the other hand, the New World had many weaknesses that eventually led to their descent. They were infested with disease after smallpox came over from the Europeans. As a matter of fact, this disease could account for a large sum of the deaths that took place. The Old World had multiple strengths while the New World was a place infested with disease and without a lot of technological advancements.

-Another weakness of the New World was that the Indians did not unite under one banner, but instead were scattered about in hundreds of different tribes separated by culture and geography. Strength of the Indians was their skill in farming the hard area while the Europeans could not.
