Answer: Area of isosceles triangle would be 49.32 sq. ft.

Explanation:

Since we have given that

Measure of vertex angle of an isosceles triangle = 26°

Length of each side of the triangle = 15 feet

So, Area of triangle would be

(1)/(2)\sin \theta* a* b\\\\=(1)/(2)* \sin 26^\circ* 15* 15\\\\=49.32\ ft^2

Hence, area of isosceles triangle would be 49.32 sq. ft.

Area (A) of a triangle = 1/2 · side1 · side 2 · sin of vertex angle

A = 1/2 · 15 · 15 · sin 26°

A = 225/2 · sin 26

A = 112.5 · .438

A = 49.32

Answer: 49.32 ft²
