The easiest way to answer it, is to change it to a decimal and subtract from both givens. If you were told to use fractions, then the question is harder and longer. So let's try the decimal first.
9/11 = 0.818182
41/50=0.828283
Difference = 0.828283 - 0.818182 = 0.010101
10/11 = 0.909091
41/50 = 0.828283
Difference = 0.089091
The first subtraction we did is smaller than this one. The answer is that 41/50 is closer to 9/11 than 10 / 11
