how can the graph for the rule y equals 2x + 1 be used to predict the result for an input (x value) of 7?

the y value will equal 15, when x = 7

The complete y value would be 15 and then you’d take the value of x and place 7 into the problem when x=7 which makes your answer 15

I feel like I repeated myself if so I’m sorry but I tried to make it make a bit of sense
