Multiply the first equation by 2 and add to the second equation eliminating y and z.

4x + 2y - 2z = -6

+ 5x - 2y + 2z = 24

------------------------------

9x = 18

x = 2

Substitute x value in third equation, and solve for z.

3x - z = 5

3(2) - z = 5

6 - z = 5

-z = -1

z = 1

Substitute x and z values in first equation, and solve for y.

2x + y - z = -3

2(2) + y - 1 = -3

4 + y - 1 = -3

y + 3 = -3

y = -6

Answer: D. (2, -6, 1)
