As we know the formula to calculate the line of equation is y - y1 = m (x - x1)

Where m is the slope. y1 is the first y co ordinate. x1 is the first x co ordinate.

The slope comes out to be 5/4. Hence the equation is y+2 = 5/4(x+1) which is 4y + 8 = 5x + 5 so 4y = 5x - 3. SO by first putting x = 0 you can get y intercept and then y = 0 you can get x intercept.
