The quantity of matter present in an object is said to mass. The SI unit of mass is kilogram (kg) and other units of mass is gram (g), milligram (mg), pound (lb) etc.

Generally, in chemical reactions gram is used as a unit of mass because small amount of product is produced which can be easily measured in grams.

Thus, unit of mass of produced sulphur in the given reaction is grams.
