Yes that's AAS because the two triangles have two angles in common and a side opposite to 30 degrees angle.

In the given picture , we have two triangles having two angles
(70^(\circ)\text{ and }30^(\circ))and one non-included sides (10) congruent.

Then by AAS criteria of congruence , both the triangles are congruent.
