The answer is - Herodotus.
Herodotus was the man that in 450 BC made a ''world map'' in which he has represented three continents, and the main focus is on the Mediterranean. On this map the three continents displayed are Europe (Europa), Asia, and Africa (Libya). Most of the European continent (named Europa) is shown on the map, and only the northern part of Europe is lacking on it. Asia is represented till India and Central Asia, and again the northern part is lacking in here as well. Africa (named Libya) is shown only with its northern part that is on the Mediterranean, while most of the continent is lacking on it. Herodotus managed to depict the world he knew than and he managed to do a solid job, especially because the precision is relatively good.
