Any three non collinear points define a plane.

Here the base itself is on the plane HXBN

So that is one plane.

J, X, B are non collinear points and form the triangle JXB.

This triangle also defines a plane.

J, N , B are another triplet of non collinear points making triangle JNB.

So JNB defines the third plane.

J, H, N are three non collinera points making triangle JHN.

So JHN defines the fourth plane.

Finally J, H, X are non collinear points which make the triangle JHX.

JHX defines the fifth plane.

Hence there are 5 planes in all in the given figure.
