Algebraically, you can solve by using the midpoint equation, which basically uses the averages of the x coordinate and the y coordinate. In the attached pictures I separated the x and y coordinates to solve by plugging in the known values (midpoint and x1/y1) to solve for the coordinates for H.
The answer should be (-4,9), which works logically with a sketch of the graph (which is what's in the first picture).
