Given that number of cans purchased by Andre = 10

Let cost of 1 can = $x

then cost of 10 can = 10x

Given that Andre recieved 25% discount

So the actual amount paid = 100% - 25% = 75%

that means He paid 75% of 10x

Now there is some shipping cost about $5.99

Then total cost will be = (75% of 10x) + 5.99

Total cost = 0.75*10x + 5.99

Total cost = 7.5x + 5.99

Hence required algebraic expression to represent the total cost of the tennis balls with the shipping cost is 7.5x + 5.99
