How would the absence of gravity affect the formation of planets

the planet itself has a core which is so dense it pulls the make up(dirt,water,minerals) of the planet into it . without that pull the planet would disperse into space and it would just be a ball of iron floating through space.

It would be very chaotic... For example anything that was not attached to the Earth will probably go flying off into space in a straight linear line. If gravity disappeared the Earth's atmosphere would float into space so other planet's atmospheres would also flow into space. Planets will break apart into pieces and go off in space since planets are held together by gravity.
