he is 14 out of 52, or, or 7 to 26, roughly 27%

Final: 52
Ratio: 14/52
however to simplify both can be divided by 2, so 14/2 and 52/2 would be
7/26
since 7 is a prime #, it can not be divided more
so the answer is 7/26
