there are exactly 6 capitals, such as constantinople, istanbul,bursa,söğüt,Edirne,And ingöl . I hope this helped :)

Bursa,Turkey
.
Then after the siege of Constantinople or the current Istanbul, the capital of the empire was then city of
Istanbul
itself which was then remained as until the end of the empire.
