I believe the answer is: Jones vs. Mayer

The case Jones vs. Mayer revolved around the the situation when the sellers of the house put a higher requirement for potential buyers from members of racial minorities. The case ended up in the creation of 42 U.S.C. ยง 1982 which banned all form of discrimination in protperty selling.
