Easy.
Put a point in the middle of MT and label it P. Then put a point in the middle of JK and label it Q. Since the question wants you to have a segment with P and Q, draw a line from P to Q.
In the end it should look like a slanted I. Try using a ruler unlike I did. It looks better on your homework when using a ruler.

I sugest using the midpoint formula to find the exact points of P and Q. Comment if you would like me to do that for you.
