Alright, lets get started.

The length of first fence =
(15)/(16)

The length of second fence =
(7)/(8)

The length of third fence =
(7)/(16)

Total length of all three fence =
(15)/(16)+(7)/(8)+(7)/(16)

For adding them, we need to first make common denominator

Total length of all three fence =
(15)/(16)+(2*7)/(2*8)+(7)/(16)

Total length of all three fence =
(15)/(16)+(14)/(16)+(7)/(16)

Now we have common denominator, so

Total length of all three fence =
(15+14+7)/(16)

Total length of all three fence =
(36)/(16)

36 and 16 could be simplified with 4, so

Total length of all three fence =
(9)/(4) : Answer

Hope it will help :)
