First complete the top part of the equation:

2^4+(16-3×4)
Follow the order of operations in the parenthesis and you will get 4.
2^4=16
Therefore, 16+4=20

Next, complete the bottom.
(6+3^2)=15
and 7-4=3
Therefore, 15/3=5

Finally we divide 20/5 and the answer will be D. 4
