I'm not sure I know. This looks like for the first part, they are asking you if you have all these things and they are in order. For example, you are to fill out the first bunch yourself.
Do you have spirals (a bound book of paper that is properly divided usually 3 to 5 divisions for notes from different subjects)
Do you have folders to hold any material like photocopies of speeches (for history). If you don't, do you know where to get this sort of thing. (They're everywhere).
Composition books. I'm not sure how that would be different from spirals. Maybe blank pages for labs and diagrams from your labs.
Binders. A catch all for class notes. Be very sure to keep good notes from each subject and use dividers to keep them separate.
Do you have a pouch to keep your pens and pencils. Are the pencils in there?
Do you have extra paper (found in your binder)
Most important of all, do you have a daily planner. Staples sells about 400 different kinds of these things.
Check all that you have. I think the rest you have to wait and you obtain evaluations from your instructors. Likely this is for marks.
