8+7(4^2-3)
Using the order of operations or PEMDAS, we find the square of 4, which is 16.

8+7(16-3)

Now we do the parentheses, which gives us 13

8+7(13)

Now we multiply 7*13 which gives us 91

Finally we add 8, which gives us 91+8= 99

The answer is 99
