If a dealer buys 24 pair of shoes for $300 dollars how much does he pay for a shipment of 36 pairs of shoes at the same rate

450, first divide 300 by 24, which gives you 12.5, so you then multiply 36 by 12.5 which gives you 450, I hope that helps, I'm not sure that I explained it well.

$300÷24 pairs of shoes is= $12.50

$12.50 = one pair of shoes

so now $12.50 × 36 = $450
