Write a multiplication problem in which the product is between . 05 and . 75.

I have looked at the answers, I don't understand how you get to those answers in the format in which you are doing it. And the answer that I get is not the answer that any of you are getting. Why is that?
I take . 05 and multiply it by . 75 which is . 0375
but that's not the answers you guys are getting.
Please help me I am so confused.

as far as I read you, the factors of the multiplication should be between 0.05 and 0.75, not being 0.05 or 0.75 but in between only.

a good example of that could be say 0.5 and 0.5, 0.5*0.5 = 0.25, and

0.05.................0.25........................................................0.75.

or say 0.15 and 3, 0.15*3 = 0.45 and

0.05...................................0.45.......................................0.75.
