When x=-2
=>y=4*-2+2
=>y=-6 (x,y)=(-2,-6)
When x=1
=>y=4*1+2
=>y=6 (x,y)=(1,6)
When x=2
=> y=4*2+2
=>y=10 (x,y)=(2,10)
Then just plot these points on the graph..!!!!

See the attached photo!
So we basically replace x from the formula with the given values to find Y in each situation:
For x= -2
y = -6 ( because 4(-2)+2 is -8+2 which is -6)
For x=1
y=6
For x=2
y=10
Now that we have the values its easy to draw the graph! (In pic)
