If the sector 90º it means it's a quadrant (quarter of a circle) since:

360 / 4 = 90

The formula to finding the area of a quadrant is:

a = (1)/(4) \pi r^(2)

A = (1)/(4) \pi 1^(2)

A = (1)/(4)\pi * 1

A = (1)/(4) \pi

A = (1)/(4) * 3,14

A = (3,14)/(4)

A = 0,785~sq.~ft.

Answer:

\boxed{\bf~The~area~of~the~quadrant~is~0,785~ft.^(2)}

Hope it helped,
