Corresponding angles (angles that are in the same place) are congruent

Angles that are across from each other are congruent

Angles that are on the opposite corners of a “z” shape are congruent (for an example, see number 21)
19) 21x + 6 = 90
21x = 84
x = 4

20) 11x - 2 = 75
11x = 77
x = 7

21) 8x - 4 = 60
8x = 64
x = 8

22) x + 139 = 132
x = -7

23) -1 + 14x = 12x + 17
2x = 18
x = 9

24) 23x - 5 = 21x + 5
2x = 10
x = 5

Number 19 is x= 4 because its a right angle which equals 90

21*4+6= 90

Number 20 is x=7 because its the same angle as the 75 angle

11*7-2=75

I'll help you more if you want too.
