We can divide arrow in two sections:

A 1 ( rectangle ) = 4 x 5 = 20 sq in.

A 2 ( triangle ) = ( 6 x 3 ) / 2 = 9 sq in.

A = A 1 + A 2 = 20 + 9 = 29 sq in

Answer: B )29 sq in.
