i dont know how to explain the first part but the equation is 4S + 6M < 37

Part 1:
Each sundae requires 3 ice cream scoops, total ice cream scoops from S sundaes is 3S.
Each milkshake requires 2 ice cream scoops, total ice cream scoops from M milkshakes is 2M.
Total ice cream scoops is 3S + 2M
This must be less than 25, so 3S + 2M < 25
Part 2:
Similar logic, 4S + 6M < 37.
