1 hour = 3600 seconds

1 mile - 5,280 feet

Find the total feet:

9 miles x 5,280 feet =47,520 total feet

Divide total feet by 3600 seconds:

47,520 / 3600 = 13.2 feet per second.

Multiply feet per second by 10 seconds:

13.2 x 10 = 132 feet in 10 seconds.
