Similar cones have proportional dimensions:

k=(3)/(2).

If the surface area of large cone is 75 sq. cm, then

(SA_(large))/(SA_(small))= k^2,\\ (75)/(SA_(small))= ((3)/(2))^2=(9)/(4),\\ SA_(small)=(75\cdot 4)/(9) =33.333\approx 33.3 sq. cm.

Answer: 33.3 sq. cm.
