The formula of an area of a circle:

A=\pi r^2

r - a radius

We have r = 14m. Substitute:

A=\pi\cdot14^2=196\pi\ m^2

If you want an approximate area, you can accept
\pi\approx3.14

Then:

A\approx196\cdot3.14=615.44\ m^2
