Hello!! Your answer would be B - muscular endurance. With muscular endurance, you do exercises that restrict things. Think about it. When you do a push up, you put your hands on the ground and push, pushing the floor down, basically. Same goes for planks. When you do lunges, you are pushing the ground with the heels of your feet.
