Find the area of circle and square:

A_(circle)=\pi r^2=\pi\cdot 1^2=\pi,\\ A_(square)=(d_1\cdot d_2)/(2) =(2\cdot 2)/(2)=2.

Use the geometric probability to determine the probability that randomly selected point will be at shaded square:

Pr=(A_(square))/(A_(circle)) =(2)/(\pi) =0.6369.

In percent 0.6369 is 63.69% and rounded to the nearest tenth - 63.7%.

Answer: 63.7%.
