Hi!

So because the quadilateral is inscribed in a circle then opposing angles of that quadilateral are supplementary (that means they add up to 180°).

Since the angle opposite to b is 110°, then the measure of b is 70°.

b + 110° = 180°
b = 70°

The answer is B.

Remark

A cyclic quadrilateral is one whose vertices touch the circumference of a circle. It has the strange property that opposite angles add up to 180 degrees. "b" is opposite a 110o angle. Therefore b = 180 - 110 = 70 degrees.

Answer B
