Let's write out the equation for this line, and then set y = 0 to find x:

y = (-2/3)x + 3.

Setting y = 0, to find the x-intercept: (2/3)x = 3

Multiplying both sides by (3/2), we get x = 9/2 (answer)

The x-intercept is (9/2, 0).
