What ratio for compresions to breaths should be used for 1-rescuer infant cpr?

For newborn children the ratio for breaths to compressions is 15:2 but never give mouth to mouth if it’s a unknown patient get a bag mask device if available. But call 911 as soon as possible to increase the odds for the child to survive the myocardial infarction.
