Need some assistance. (-34)+-24 I give alot of points for effort

You add both of the numbers and then just add the negative at the end.

(-34) + -24

Adding a negative number is the same as subtraction, so you can rewrite the equation as:

(-34) - 24

Now you have -34 minus 24. You can find the answer by adding 34 + 24 then adding a negative sign in front of your answer.
