To solve this problem, we must remember our conversions: 7 days = 1 week, 1 mile = 5280 feet. If Bob walked 6000 feet in one day, to find the number of feet he walked in a week, we must multiply this value by 7 (because there are 7 days in a week).

6000 * 7 = 42,000

Then, we must divide this amount by 5,280 to find out how many miles Bob walked in the week (because there are 5, 280 feet in one mile).

42,000/5,280 = 7.954545454

However, the question asks us to round to the nearest hundredth of a mile, which means two decimal places.

7.95454 rounds to 7.95 when rounded to the hundredths place, because 4 is less than 5 so we round down.

Therefore, Bob walks 7.95 in one week.

Hope this helps!
