That is


3c=b

Solving for c by dividing both sides by 3


c = (b)/(3)

And we have to find an expression , that represents the sum of c and 3 in terms of b. And sum of c and 3 is


= c+3

Substituting the value of c


= (b)/(3) +3

So the correct option is the last option .
