The answer is C.median.
Let's look into it one by one.

A.mode-it is inappropriate to use mode as it only indicate the smallest number which cannot represent the typical size.

B.Mean- It might seemed to be the most common method however in this case 60,the only number with extreme size will pull up the outcome making it not suitable to indicate the typical size.

C.Median-It is the most appropriate one as it is placed in the middle with similar size around.
