Your class is holding elections to choose a leadership committee of 4 students. If there are 30 students in the class, how many different leadership committees would it be possible to elect?

last one, then break =)

7.5 because you divide the 30 students into groups of 4

we have given that 30 students .

we need to choose committee of 4 students .

so the formula used here
nCr_{}.

where n is the total number of students.

and r is the student chosen from total.

so the possibility of choosing a commitee of 4 from 30 is

nCr=30C4=(30*29*28*27)/(1*2*3*4) =27405.

so there 27405 possibilities can exist.
